DR MARTA ROTH

ULTRASOUND (USG):
Ultrasound allows for a precise assessment of subcutaneous structures, including locating previously injected fillers (e.g., hyaluronic acid), assessing their depth, quantity, and distribution, as well as viewing the course of blood vessels and the distribution of adipose tissue. This allows for safer planning of subsequent treatments, assessing the cause of undesirable effects, and quickly detecting changes such as fibrosis, cysts, or displacement of the filler. Ultrasound can also be crucial for precise hyaluronidase administration if acid dissolution is necessary.

HYALURONIDASE:
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme used to dissolve hyaluronic acid previously injected as a filler. It is used in cases of unsatisfactory results, asymmetry, lumps, uneven filler distribution, or in situations requiring correction. It begins to work quickly, and dissolution is usually visible within 24-72 hours. The dose and technique chosen depend on the type of preparation and the location, and in many cases, a prior ultrasound examination is helpful.

BOTULINUM TOXIN:
Botulinum toxin works by temporarily reducing neuromuscular transmission, which leads to the relaxation of selected muscles or the reduction of activity of specific glands. This makes it useful not only for wrinkle reduction but also for the treatment of excessive sweating and bruxism.

Expression wrinkles - reduces excessive muscle activity, so the skin does not wrinkle as intensely and wrinkles become less visible.

Reduction in muscle mass - with prolonged muscle weakness, a gradual reduction in muscle volume may occur (e.g., in bruxism). The effect lasts on average about 6 months.

Reduction in seborrhea - superficial application to the skin can reduce the activity of sebaceous glands without affecting facial expressions; the skin becomes less oily, and pores are less visible. The effect usually lasts 3-6 months.

Excessive sweating - blocks the stimulation of sweat glands at the injection site; The effect appears after a few days and usually lasts 6-9 months.
Gummy smile - weakens the muscles that lift the upper lip, reducing the exposure of the gums when smiling. The effect lasts approximately 3-4 months.
Lip flip - a small dose to the orbicularis oris muscle creates a subtle "flip" of the upper lip, without the use of filler. The effect lasts approximately 3-4 months.
Lower face - appropriate administration can improve muscle balance in the jaw and neck area, supporting facial contours in selected indications.

HYALURONIC ACID
Hyaluronic acid is a natural tissue component that binds water. In aesthetic medicine, it is used in the form of a cross-linked gel to add volume, sculpt and correct selected areas of the face, and fill wrinkles.
Volume supplementation - for example, in the temples, where loss can affect the sunken appearance and proportions of the face. The effect usually lasts approximately 12 months (depending on the formulation and the area).
Shaping and asymmetry correction - allows for evening out disproportions and defining contours; the effect is immediately visible, usually after 6-12 months.

Filling wrinkles and folds - injected into the appropriate layer of the skin, it reduces depressions and improves hydration from within. The effect usually lasts for 6-12 months.

NEEDLE MESOTHERAPY
Needle mesotherapy is a treatment designed to improve skin hydration, radiance, and nourishment. It is most often performed evenly over a larger area (e.g., face, neck, décolletage) using products based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and ingredients that support regeneration. It provides intense hydration, improves skin tone, and supports microcirculation. A series of three treatments is usually recommended, every 3-4 weeks, followed by a series of follow-up treatments every 6-12 months. Minor bruising may appear after the treatment, visible for a few days.

TISSUES STIMULATORS:
Tissue stimulants are preparations that trigger the skin's natural regenerative processes: they stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and endogenous hyaluronic acid. Unlike traditional fillers, they are not intended to provide an immediate volumizing effect; they work gradually, improving skin density, firmness, and quality.

Examples of active ingredients include: polynucleotides, polylactic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite, collagen/atelocollagen, amino acids, sodium succinate, and stabilized hybrid hyaluronic acid complexes.

SYRINGE LIPOSUCTION:
A minimally invasive procedure for removing accumulated fat from the chin area using a thin cannula and syringe. Performed under local anesthesia, it allows for jawline contouring and facial contour improvement. The procedure typically takes 30-60 minutes. Recovery time is typically 3-7 days (swelling, bruising), and the effect is assessed after swelling subsides in the following weeks.

DERMAPEN 4 MICRONEEDLING:
Microneedling stimulates the skin to regenerate through thousands of micro-needles, triggering repair processes and increasing collagen and elastin production. The treatment improves skin firmness and texture, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

NEEDLE SHAPING

The treatment uses very fine needles and an impulse that causes collagen fibers to contract and reorganize, while stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen. The result is improved skin tension, smoother texture, and increased skin density in a natural way. A series of approximately 3 treatments at monthly intervals is most commonly recommended. Bruising may persist for up to 2 weeks after the treatment.

MULTIFALA THUZZLE

Thuzzle is an advanced device that uses microwave energy, which reaches the deep layers of the skin and subcutaneous tissue in a controlled and selective manner. The action of microwaves leads to intensive yet safe heating of the tissues, stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, while also supporting the reduction of localized fat deposits. Thanks to the specific properties of microwave energy, the treatment works deeply without damaging the epidermis and requires no recovery period. The skin gradually becomes tighter, denser, and firmer, while the contour improves. The effects develop over time as collagen remodeling progresses. A series of 4–6 treatments performed every 1–2 weeks is most commonly recommended, depending on the area and indications.

BBL

BBL is a broadband light technology used to improve skin quality and treat specific skin concerns.

Rejuvenation / photorejuvenation – improves skin quality, smoothness, and firmness; in practice, maintenance treatments are recommended several times a year.

Vessels / redness – targets hemoglobin in blood vessels, helping to reduce spider veins and persistent redness; usually a series of 3–5 treatments every 3–4 weeks is recommended.

Pigmentation – targets melanin and gradually brightens discoloration; usually a series of 3–5 treatments every 3–4 weeks is recommended, together with strict photoprotection.

Acne / BBL Clear – an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial protocol that supports the regulation of sebum production, with no downtime.

SKIN TYTE

A treatment using infrared light to heat the dermis in a controlled way and stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen. It improves skin tension and firmness, supports the facial oval and jawline contour, and may also be used on the neck and selected body areas. The best results are achieved with a series of 3–5 treatments every 2–4 weeks; the effect develops progressively over time.

MOXI THULIUM LASER

A gentle, non-ablative laser treatment that creates microscopic channels in the skin and strongly stimulates regeneration while preserving the superficial protective layer. It improves smoothness, firmness, and texture, brightens pigmentation, and reduces the appearance of pores. After the treatment, the skin may be slightly pink and feel rougher to the touch for several days; tiny micro-dots may also appear. The treatment can be performed all year round with strict photoprotection.

EMFACE

A treatment combining facial muscle stimulation (HIFES) with radiofrequency (RF). It strengthens facial muscles while simultaneously improving skin density by stimulating collagen and elastin. It is an option for those who want to improve the facial oval and skin tension without needles and without downtime. Typically, 4 treatments are performed every 7–10 days, with the effect continuing to develop for several weeks after the series.

LED PHOTOTHERAPY

A non-invasive light therapy using different wavelengths, applied, among others, in acne, inflammation, healing, and post-treatment regeneration. A series of 6–10 sessions, 2–3 times a week, is most commonly recommended, or it may be used as supportive therapy alongside other treatments. In-office treatments offer higher power and the possibility of precisely adjusting parameters to specific indications.

PLASMA

A point-by-point treatment using plasma energy to precisely vaporize altered tissue without incisions or stitches. It may be used to remove selected skin lesions after qualification, including milia, small warts, fibromas, or certain epidermal lesions — always after medical assessment.

PERMANENT LIP MAKEUP

A pigmentation treatment that enhances the shape of the lips, corrects asymmetry, and gives the lips a fresh, long-lasting color. The result may be very natural or more defined. After the treatment, the lips may be slightly swollen and the color may initially appear more intense; it stabilizes within 4–6 weeks. A touch-up appointment is usually required.

HYDRAFACIAL

A treatment combining cleansing, exfoliation, removal of impurities from the pores, intensive hydration, and infusion of active ingredients. It is comfortable, requires no downtime, and is suitable for many skin types, including sensitive skin. It is most often performed every 4–6 weeks or as a pre-event treatment.

INTRACEUTICALS OXYGEN INFUSION

A treatment combining pressurized medical oxygen with the delivery of active ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and peptides. It provides a quick effect of hydration, smoothing, and radiance, making it a popular choice before an important event. It may be performed as a series, for example 4–6 treatments every 7–10 days, or as a single pre-event treatment.

CHEMICAL PEELS

Controlled exfoliation and skin remodeling using acids of varying strengths. Peels are selected according to the concern, such as acne, pigmentation, texture, or fine lines, as well as the skin type.

PRX-T33 – skin biorevitalization without visible peeling, usually performed as a series every 7–10 days.

TCA – a medium-depth peel with strong remodeling effects, performed at intervals of 6–8 weeks.

The Perfect Derma Peel – a medical peel with brightening and anti-aging effects, involving controlled peeling.

Cosmelan – a depigmentation therapy requiring strict home care and post-treatment follow-up.

PCA Sensi Peel – a gentle peel for sensitive and vascular skin, with no significant downtime.

PCA Detox Gel – a purifying peel supporting acne therapy and regulation of sebaceous gland activity.

AUTEUR X LYMA SKINCARE TREATMENT

A treatment combining manual tissue work with the application of advanced skincare preparations and support from the LYMA device. The aim is to strengthen the skin barrier, improve microcirculation, reduce inflammation, and provide a quick skin-refreshing effect. It is an option as a luxurious booster during a treatment plan or before an event.

APTOS LIFTING THREADS

The treatment involves introducing barbed threads under the skin, which mechanically lift the tissues while simultaneously stimulating remodeling processes. It is performed under local anesthesia and usually takes 30–60 minutes. The effect is visible immediately and may last 2–3 years, with a shorter recovery period than surgical procedures.

SCARINK

This is a specialized therapy designed for scar treatment, based on controlled microneedling combined with precise remodeling of scar tissue. The aim of the treatment is to improve the quality of the skin within the scar by softening it, reducing its depth, evening out its structure, and gradually bringing the appearance of the scar closer to the surrounding skin. The method is used in the treatment of atrophic scars, such as acne scars, as well as post-surgical and post-traumatic scars, always after individual qualification and assessment of scar maturity.
