WRINKLES

Wrinkles, or linear indentations in the skin, can occur not only as a result of aging, but also as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle, hormonal imbalances or repetitive facial muscle contractions. They are the result of a decrease in skin density. The first of them appear around the age of 25. Most often, these are expression wrinkles, which result from the work of specific muscles. These include primarily wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes. A good solution for expression wrinkles is the use of botulinum toxin. Static wrinkles and furrows begin to be visible after the age of 30 and intensify over time. They are the result of degradation of collagen and elastin fibers and drying of the epidermis. The most typical furrow is the nasolabial fold, which can be reduced by using, including thread lifting and autologous needle shaping. Post-sun wrinkles resulting from excessive exposure to the sun can be treated with a non-ablative thulium laser or BBL phototherapy. Static wrinkles and folds can be filled with hyaluronic acid. Chemical peels, microneedling and needle mesotherapy, tissue stimulators, laser therapy and multiwave, which affect the condition of the skin, will also be helpful.

SKIN LAXITY

After the age of 25, collagen and elastic fibers, which constitute the skin's structural matrix, are produced in decreasing amounts. The result of the reduced skin tension and weakening of its structures is skin laxity. Therefore, treatments that stimulate the production of structural skin  proteins will be used here, such as needle mesotherapy, tissue stimulators, multiwave, non-invasive lifting with autologous threads, micro-needling, photo and laser therapy. Satisfactory effects will also be brought by the use of lifting threads, which mechanically lift and reposition soft tissue.

DRYNESS

The causes of dry skin are very diverse. In each case, however, the result is impaired barrier function of the stratum corneum, which fails to bind and retain water effectively. Another contributing factor may be insufficient sebum production by the sebaceous glands, which protect the skin from excessive water loss, as well as declining endogenous hyaluronic acid production, which plays a key role in skin hydration and diminishes progressively with age. Treatments that work well for dry skin include: needle mesotherapy, Hydrafacial, skin care treatments and appropriate home care.
